Axiodrama – Co-Creative Exploration Of Essentials In Life

September 25-27, 2025
Tartu, Estonia

REGISTRATION

Social, cultural, and political tensions in society, wars, climate change, aging – the world and life are in turmoil. How do I navigate in this situation? How do we cope together in the life’s complexities?

Each day, we make approximately 60,000–70,000 decisions, most of which occur unconsciously. These choices are based and evaluated on our principal values and beliefs, which form a belief system. As decisions, majority of this belief system is unconscious.

There is a continuous tension between different aspects of meaningful life both in individuals ans society. Axiodrama, the first form of Morenian creative dramas, offers a process, where these tensions can be explored, and thus supports the recognition of personal and shared values.

In this seminar, we will combine axiodramatic theory with practice – everyday life situations and choices with our principal values and even spirituality. We will explore values and beliefs both from individual and shared, societal perspectives.

We will use tools like the axioatom to identify the important things, people, and relationships involved in these decision-making moments. In addition to axio-psycho-sociodramatic activities, the workshop includes brief introductions to the concepts and processes essential to axiodrama.

You will learn:

  • knowledge about axiodrama and how to apply it in diverse contexts and situations.

  • knowledge about theoretical foundations and concepts connected to axiodrama.

  • similarities and differences between axio-, psycho- and sociodrama and sociometry.

  • skills of conducting an impactful axiodramatic process.

  • skills of applying methods and methodology based on axiodramatic process in diverse professional contexts.

  • to self-reflect and to explore your own values, spirituality and worldview.

  • to make more conscious choices aligning the meaningful criteria in your own life.
